Background/History: One of (If not) the world's top hacker and expert electrical engineer. His suit allows him to interface with any computerized system, and view it as a fully immersive 3D world of his choosing.
More of an neutral/non-aligned character, Devin works when and for who he chooses. He does enjoy sabotaging the various Mega-Corporations who he feels have over-stepped their bounds.
