He appears as a handsome, well-built man, with close cropped, jet-black hair, beard, and mustache. His skin is gray and his pointed ears lie close to his head. His eyes are a burning green and green vapors continuously drift from their corners.

He is typically dressed in ornate, black and purple plate mail, with a purple and black cloak. Carries a heavy, black mace.

Vhokuun considers himself the "Ultimate Schemer," he is forever planning and hatching various schemes to bring Earth X-1 under his control. He looks down at the rest of the Nether Lords with disdain, considering himself better and often ponders attempting to takeover.

He has a bitter rivalry with Barakkis - Lord of Hounds
