Sorry you guys for not being very active, I've been getting used to school and whatnot, I'll try and be more active, and post more finished works though ^^I also have some comics planned, though I need to think of new ideas and decide what to do... any suggestions are much appreciated ^^

Looks like Alex's expression here suits very well what you're trying to say, and better presents what you're trying to say instead of posting it by itself on a journal.
You and I seem to be on the same boat. I also had and still have plans to make some Friendsies stories, with a list of possible chapters and some inspiration from a couple of obscure French comics, but they suffer a lot my lack of time which goes to an unrelated full time job (which includes an hour commute each way), an MBA and a moderate social and family life. So what I always try to do is to to have each drawing tell a small story, and encourage everyone to give their own version or to guess what happened before or next, with some mixed success because lately I've been struggling with feedback despite the feature I do every month.
There are even a couple of instances where there's continuity between some of those drawings, whether the same characters are present or not. As of you, I also think that in many of your drawings Alex has a story to tell, and some room for us to continue it on either direction. But encouraging the latter is usually hard because most people only focus on the character itself and its looks or your style, rather than thinking on a story behind the drawing or finding a way it relates to themselves.

I think i'll start by doing short, multi panel pictures, and then slowly work my way up to longer things and deeper stories

What do you mean about ideas for comics?

I want to DO something with alex and the few other characters I've thought of, I've had a couple Ideas for stories, but haven't acted on them, or even dome much besides 1 frame pictures... I want to tell stories, not just show snapshots ^^
I'm just not sure how to go about writing the story, or what direction to take it

Well, I know how hard that is...I've fallen into a literary hole myself, I'm too spoiled to RP's anymore
