Description
On a warm summer day, Alex took a makeshift raft she'd nailed together out of loose logs and planks, found a good sized stick she could use to push off from the muddy bottom, and pushed the raft off from the mudbank by her farm. As the creek slowly wound its way through the forest and took her downstream, she smiled to herself at the peacefulness of it all.
This drawing is from March 2014, and was inspired by Huckleberry Finn
