Another lineart I colored for MyMind , my friend at the German site Animexx.It's Riku and Sora again. Yes, they are still nothing more than friends.

Yeah, it's really a pet peeve of mine when really good friends are reduced to just wanting to get into each other's pants.
I really like the dynamic between Riku and Sora but whenever I depict them I have to write disclaimers like that to ward off the yaoi crowd. It's annoying.

Totally. Personally I'm sick and tired of this whole pairing schtick - both yaoi and het. I like romance but it seems to me these days everyone has to be paired with someone else and the story lines go down the drain.

That was my problem with Twilight. It was all about Edward and Bella, and not about the tremendous potential for any Volturi related plot she had.
I think romance should be a side story, not the main point of concentration.

I never bothered reading Twilight (I don't like fantasy stories that are set in "the real world" in general) but I absolutely agree with that last sentence. I don't mind one-shots that focus on a character but in a story that spans several chapters I really need a decent plot.

I still haven't played any game of the KH series (I've tackled Kotr 2 tho) so I can't say anything about the characters ... The coloring still looks great

Well, KH surely isn't everyone's thing, so don't feel compelled to play it just because of all the fanart. But it makes me even more grateful for the comment that you wrote something even though you aren't that familiar with the characters.
Kotor 2 is fun (at least I enjoyed it) although the ending isn't all that great, so don't expect too much. Do you have it for PC or X-Box?

No prob! Well I saw some KH2 videos on youtube and I don't think it's my kind of game. 
I have it for PC but I haven't played since my return from Japan. Don't have much time to play now!

Riku! Yay! You know, I asked my nephew if I could have his KH2 game so he brought it over for me. I'm going to play it again and turn into a Riku fangirl all over again. *sigh* My favorite is the 'older' Riku with the black coat (cuz the coat rules).
Anyway, on to your picture, you did a very nice job on both of them. I like the way you colored the folds in Riku's clothes.

Yeah, the coat is awesome. It's the best reason to love Organisation XIII IMO. How can they be bad guys when their outfits are as neat as that?
