Your visual idea is definately coming across, and you could start moving forward and adding shadows and such to your line art to bring it more to life (where will the shadows lie on her? Where will the shadow from her fall on the cloud? How does the placement of the sun/lightsource affect that).
On another note you would definately benefit a lot from drawing from life and practising anatomy. You don´t have to go for the realistic style when you do the art you want to do, but you still have to practise it. In your drawings your doing a stylization, but to stylize something you need to know exactly what your stylizing (aka anatomy).
It´s just to practise, and it´s very good that your asking for critique this early (gosh, it wasn´t until I was 17 that I realised that "shit, people can actually critique my work and help me!", so wished I had realised that when I was 15). You´re really giving yourself a headstart by doing this. A tip I have for you is to go to conceptart.org and lurk around the critique center. Read the threads there and read what others have gotten as critique on their work. You don´t even have to post anything yourself and still learn a lot by reading other critiquers explanations.
Good luck

thank you !and I was going to work on shading and things, you're right, that would make it look more realistic .And thank you for the compliment >_< even though I don't like any of my work. I get what you mean to,sometimes I draw things that aren't humanly possible for someone to be in the position lol and I will DEF. do that! Thanks again for taking the time to read and help

Ahhh i miss drawing in class. Things ive learnt with using a biro is how to shade and get a fluid line Although it may not be your style as such, i believe experimenting with different techniques wont hurt. You could draw with a lighter touch and do your lines in one motion...turn the paper if you have to. When you use different stroke widths try to fill it in more.
The boarder seems some what distracting to me tbh because its uneven and angled differently to each other.
However i do agree you have potential

XD lmao. And yah,but for some reason..I feel like people that learn to draw are not real artists cux they were taught what to paint and I don't want to become that..but I guess I have no other choice. The border lol,I noticed that to and I tried to fix it,but obviously someone noticed XD! and thank you
(even though I don't think I do >_<
