I know I know I know I know shut up shut up shut up I know shut up don't mention it. .__.I hoped to dedicate the next couple of weeks excusively to Happiness Theory. but eh, staring at clean lineart and clean CG for so long gets boring. boring. BORING.
I wanted to draw something HAWT, in my personal definition of HAWT and... here it is!
it's grungydirtymessyugly, perhapstoodarkforyourmonitor, younameit, but I like it. I do! I like grungy artses. Clean, "perfect" pieces bore me. They aren't any fun.Yeah well, the full version looked better, better as in messier. :/ Oh, well.
I'm done here, time for some stats!

8D its a lot easier than you think. and imo they look even better if you apply it on photoshop if ya have it. use the overlay option or color burn and reduce the opacity to like 50% :3

Lovely textures, the contrast, play of darkness and light creates nice balance. The color tone is great as well, it compliments the dramatic angling. The man is also hardcore, I totally dig the design of his outfit, gotta love the lacing. Good work.

well I saw her for two whole years of my life. and I was always hanging out in the art class during lunch break, and I've been sending her emails, so its kinda hard not to remember her. xDD;

You managed the texture so nicely! Its so very well blended!

xD what I put a lot of effort on was the lineart. had three layers of it!
well... I tried to make the rose redder, but I already had all the layers merged, and when I went ahead to add a red layer on the rose, it would make it look really dark.. like diarrhea. what you see here is the closest attempt to make the rose look red while keeping a nice look to it. :/
