Please full-viewDAmn I sure have spent a lot of time on this drawing^^ I spent atleast +5 hours on only the shading and just as much on the lineart^^
Anyhow my guerilla leader Roberto Gonzales (the lynx sitting) is about to prepare his propaganda speech about why you should join this rebellion
and to the left we've got my dragon rebel who I havne't figured out the name yet, to the right we've got ~themasterpyro 's fox character and behind the camera is my own fursona^^

I have to say I'm highly impressed with this, I always said you should do more pencil shading, because when you do, we end up with something as awesome as this!
You're really getting into the high detail thing now and this goes up to and beyond your past standards.
The heads and faces of the commander and also the dragon are my favourite part of this. Not just the faces but the masks work perfectly, well done!
If you really want some critique on this, I suppose I could get out a magnifying glass and try and find something really really small that's out of place, but short of that, I can't see anything wrong with this. Even that guy on the right whose snout I said I didn't like before looks a vast improvement now it's shaded.

Yeah, most people do seem to prefer bright colours over a more technical black and white piece.

Ah yea I REAlly should try getting around making a proper story around these characters.. well I have been toying around with the idea of trying some short one page comics about these guyes. I'll probaly be a silly and comical story than a serious one.. Now I just need to learn how to be comical.... :thinking:

As for me well...... With school out and being back at home I just don't have the privacy I like to draw stuff so thats Reason #1 Reason #2 is I didn't have a scanner available (I got one a few days ago^^) and Reason #3 is I tore out my right shoulder a few weeks ago and I'm getting surgery next week and I'm right handed so drawing is hard if not impossible now : (
But I have worked on and off on a mini comic on rally racing (which I LOVE) and hopefully I'll be well enough after surgery to get it finished up and colored...I would like to get it up before the big Rally @ the X-Games in August, but will see how surgery goes...
Now get to work on that comic ^^
