Drastic Asian: "This actually got me thinking... even had a dream about Eeveelutions.
"The Dragon Eeveelution could be the Pseudo-Legendary Eevee and the space one could be the legendary!
"I even thought of a name and abilities! It's name is Ulteon (ignore the crappy name) It's type is Dark Matter which allows it to use all Dark, Psychic, and Ice moves. It's special ability is that it has no type weakness and physical attacks are not very effective(it's dark matter). It's only weakness is other Eeveelutions. So like ANY attack from another Eeveelution would be super effective."
Me: "That sounds sick as fuck! I gotta draw this shit now!!!"
... and I did... I did ignore the crappy name, sounded too similar to Umbreon to me... so I went with Cosmeon, which is just about equally lame... I whipped out the design in about 20 minutes while watching Memoirs of a Geisha with my roommate. The original design looked a lot like Arceus, believe it or not, but after a bit of tinkering, I gave it more of a flowing shape, like one could only assume dark-matter to appear... The silver shit is supposed to be matter that it has consumed and has been hyper-compressed until it's super dense and shiny and stuff... I don't know... I just felt like it couldn't be a big purple blob, that would be no fun!
Anyway, this is my take on what a legendary Eeveelution would look like... They should make a movie of this! And the dragon-type pseudo-legendary I designed and have yet to vector/color/etc. should totally lead a band of Eeveelutions to take it down before it can consume the world! HAHA! Generic Pokemon movie plot GO!

While this is dark matter,since pokemon x and y are adding the light type i think it should be that!

Two problems I have with this. 1) After four generations of going strong on 17 types, the fact that they would add a new type now is really irksome. 2) "Light" as a type was kind of already in existence as psychic. Then again I also don't understand why rock and ground are different types, or why they had to distinguish between ghost and dark.
If they really adding "light" as a type, I'm going to go out on a limb and assume Ninfia is going to be "light" type anyway.
Also I came up with the design for Cosmeon well before sixth gen was so much as an inkling of an idea.

Sweeeeeet, that is sick as fuuuuck...lol. And who cares if it's generic! I'd watch that movie! I mean if they made Deoxys this can't be that far fetched! And speaking of movies, Memoirs of a Geisha has a movie?! I love that book!
And with all those abilities this now becomes one of the most annoying things to fight....kinda like Bronzor.

Okay, it has one OP ability and one cheap-shot attack that has the potential to dish out 200 points of damage... but then again, Simple Beam and Meteor Mash won't help that much because wild pokemon moves are randomized... Though I will admit, Meteor Mash is kind of kick-ass too... but what do you expect from a legendary? A cakewalk?

I'm referring to it's great ability to take damage...though that doesn't matter at all if you have a few Eeveelutions in your party!
Though you don't really know how OP a legendary can be until you see it's stats...don't legendary pokemon have to have like a minimum of 600 stats?

So it turns out that most legendary pokemon, that aren't part of a trio, have a base stat of 680. So I made these stats.
HP 120
ATK 80
DEF 100
SP ATK 130
SP DEF 120
SPD 130

Well I based those stats on the moves and abilities Cosmeon had. So the stats make sense. Hard to kill, really fast and high sp atk, and high sp def because most Eevees use sp atks.
So once i get the same for the dragon i could make it!
