I know that you said that you only presume it works on photoshops other than 7 and 7 is the only one that definetly works, but I'm using photoshop 6.0 and on the edit there isn't the option 'define brush' I don't suppose you know what the option is called on my version?

No I'm not sure. Sorry.

You may be able to Google "define brushes in Photoshop 6.0" or even go to [link] and ask the community if anyone there knows... lol that's what I would do anyways!
