Very nice translation of poses and expressions to a set of characters with very different physical attributes, but there's a few details that could be tweaked.
The angle of Celestia's face is a little off. Jake is almost a full head taller than Bianca, so it makes sense for her to look up at him, but Celestia and the middle character are almost even height, so it makes her look as if she's looking over his head. Also the angle of her eyelid is making her expression seem angry, though I don't know if that was intentional or not. If not, then simply tilting the line of the upper eyelid so that it follows the upward angle of the head would change her expression significantly.
The middle character looks pretty spot on as far as expression goes, but I can't help the feeling that his arms/forelegs are a little small for the rest of his frame. Since he is holding the map very close to his body, you'd expect to see his other hand or his elbow from behind it, but there's nothing there. Jake is holding the map clearly away from his body, so we can see the other arm and don't get caught up wondering where it is, even if the positioning isn't 100% plausible.
Of all three, Discord is the one I find least in the need of fixing. The only thing I'm really wondering about is his overall placing. Celestia and the other guy are looking like they're sitting/standing on the same level, but for Discord to be level with them, he'd have to have his loooong serpentine body flat on the ground. One way I would fix this is by having the line of his back curve upwards just before it hits the side of the frame, that way the viewer can imagine he's sitting in one of his quirky poses to bring himself closer to the other two.

It 'just this criticism. These mistakes I see them and I also agree.
But this sketch is an excerpt from some evidence of concept art fast without erase mistakes.
Next time I'll be more careful.
