Okay, first off, excuse me while I squee a bit at the cuteness of this piece. Okay, there we go. Not many flaws to note on this piece, a -as I've already noted- quite adorable one at that.
I really love the painting used here, really brings out the coat colors. Also, love the lightning from her horn, I notice it shines a bit on her coat in some places. Very nice.
Can I just say, Tempest's expression is adorable? It's hard to tell, but from those flushed cheeks I'd say she's embarrassed. Maybe from being made into something so cute?
Okay, I admit chibis aren't very original, especially for MLP, so I have to detract a star for originality on this piece. But all in all, well done!

Difficult to notice any flaws on such amazingly detailed adorable picture of Tempest. I'll at least try to describe some details.
First of all, I love how Tempest looks embarrased. I don't tell it only by her slight blush, but by her facial expression where she wrinkles her lip and slightly frowns.
And the idea of ponies having visible colored eyebrows is fantastic and makes more sense! But I feel like Tempest's earholes are not so detailed and only has a slight fluff detail, at least in my opinion. But that's not the biggest flaw. Plus the addition of having realistic equine hooves makes it even better! Ponies having realistic equine caracteristics, that's what I dig!
Nice touch of magic shock lighting too!

Besides being wonderfully adorable as a little filly, I love that she looks so sassy and confident (hopefully not mean) despite her injury. It's fun to imagine how she could have turned out much happier if she'd had ponies in her lift to help her deal with her disability while she also learned to overcome it.

Is there any reason in particular why this amazing piece of work has 3 copyright notice watermarks, 3 patreon links, resolution for ants, another copyright notice in the description, along with a 'STOP' sign?
I mean I understand that nobody wants their art stolen, but this is overkill imo.
A signature, resolution and notices in the description would've been enough.

She watermarked the drawing all over because it happened more than once and more than twice that her works have been stolen for commercial uses without her permission and without any possibility to stop it.
The resolution is low because she put the HD drawing on her Patreon, just like happens with her comics.

I understand perfectly why people put watermarks on their images, but wouldn't just one watermark be enough? Plus if someone really wanted to, they would still be able to remove all of them.
