I love how the animation comforts my eyes. Look at little Mr. Bowtie! What ever gender it is, it's kawaii. Litten is LIT!!! Look at him, he looks like he could lead the all of them without help. Popillio is my favorite. He or she looks like it's about to trick the two. Overall, I love it! It looks like chibis. Actually, it is! Everyone has little cheeks! I love it!!! I dont play Pokemon because sadly I dont have the game, but I have to said that the inicials are just adorable. The white outline around reminds me like a sticker, that I consider like a good detail. Besides with your style of drawing, the colors, the shadowing, and the animation of the details and the figures (the hearts and stars) makes them look so cute! I have seen many of your drawings and this one is now one of my favorite ones. Finally, I hope you will continue with more of your future artworks, bye bye!

This is really so adorable! I like how you made Rowlett's eyes a deep purple instead of black. It really softens his appearance and makes his overall color scheme work even better somehow. Litten, my least favorite of the starters, is posed very cutely here, making him look sweet and playful. You've drawn him much more curvy and approachable here than he appears in the actual gameplay (which makes him look rigid and sickly, bleh!). Popplio is also very cute, his paws especially.
I like the color palette you went with! Rowlett and Popplio look great, and even Litten, who has a really unattractive design in my eyes, is represented well in your style. You've toned down the harshness of his stark black and jarring red design to match the more pastel hues of the other two. Good job!

the animation while simple it serve it's purpose pretty well, giving a better feel overall.

I've already seen a ton of new Pokemon starter art, but this one is particular.
Through this gif you can see a very colorful and lively image of three different creatures. Rowlet is sweet, caring and cute, Litten has a lot of self-esteem and a challenging look, Popplio is playful and cheerful.
The "little" animation gives this piece a very cute effect, and not only the lineart moves, but also the light.
So, it's at the same time personal and accurate, and gives us some more information on the possible Pokèmon personalities,
It's been enlived by those little hearts and stars which fill the space between the creatures and takes colors which can be said to adapt to both Pokèmon they're next to.
In conclusion, this art is very lively (animation, colors, background elements, personality), cute and faithful to the original vision. It's a pity there have been a lot of art of those three already.

theos starters are so freaking cute i think my favourite pokemon is litten why cuz litten is a cat that's why i like cats cuz i get to make oc's out of them but not the starters cuz they are not from theos animals this is why i love making anime project guess what you can draw anime everyday well you don't have to draw anime everyday why do i love pokemon because this is my favourite anime show i think i like watch pokemon everyone or i like the other anime show's but unless it"s not a really bad show

Okay, wow, this is FLAWLESS! It is just so wonderful, and the animation is smooth and the art is adorable. I love how you've personified each one, to have its own individual personality, I can see Rowlet being loving, kind and sensitive, Litten being sassy, smart and reasonable, yet clumsy and I can defiantly see Popplio being cheerful, suggestive, confident and welcoming. The reason its only 3 stars for originality, is because....well there's lots of art of these pokemon so you can't say its totally original really, but your art itself is original. I love Litten's eyes, Popplio's pose and the chubbiness of Rowlett. Well done, this is an amazing art!
