Meh her anatomy is off, but only realized after the fine lining. Damn eyes...see these things earlier >:I

I've been sketching a lot lately, so in the next sketch dump you'll see a bit more of the characters' true personalities 8D

The pose is good, she looks very vulnerable, as befits the meaning of the picture, but maybe she shouldn't be looking towards the viewer? It seems not to fit the pose. And her less pronounced arm muscles compared to the circus members emphasises her frailty quite nicely as well.
Cage girl actually looks quite melancholy, and the cannibal looks kind of guilty, like a dog about to be smacked XD... good expressions, nice to see more variety of them in your artwork
