This is my final seedrian star pageant entrant ^u^ A new seedrian I've been doodling for a long while now and never really bothered to bring into creation until now ouo;

Name: Penelope Grace (Penny to most)
Age: 15
Personality:Very intelligent and observant, curious, a tad on the mentally disturbed side, however, that side of her is rare unless she's upset, otherwise a very inquisitive and bright girl.
Reason for entering: Her aunt feels it would be good for her to finally make some friends and participate in something a tad more ladylike. And there's no point in arguing or making aunty upset.
