Here Tootie (FOP) waiting in a tree to do a surprise to Timmy. Suddenly she slipped and fall off the tree. Timmy arrived on this point and saw Tootie changing, transforming, guessed it was a regeneration. Tootie regenerated into Trixie Tang. Timmy said to the Doctor(5th Doctor/Peter Davison) did it again but the Doctor replied and have nothing to do with this and tell to Timmy to ask Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart who said "Here we go again!"

I got the inspiration for the regenerations of the Doctor in the British tv series Doctor Who. Can you guess which regeneration? Note then it's the 2nd time, I sketched the 5th Doctor (1st time was at [link] ) and it's the first time I sketched Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart in Butch Hartman style.
