And now the obvious question must be asked: Who decided it was a good idea to let him dress himself?
The idea for the outfit was Japanese street fashion.... but I know next to nil about it, so I don't know how 'accurate' it is. Colored with colored pencils and occasional reference to =Horus-Goddess 's colored pencil tutorial (you can find it on her website).

Yep. He's based on the pokemon Clefairy, which is small, cutesy, pink and girly. He doesn't help matters any by refusing to dress like a boy though.
