Elmer is a friend of Ethan, Nathan and Larry, He's Norwegian American because his grandparents are from Norway. As you can see why his dog Leroy is licking Elmer's face because Elmer found his dog Leroy in the alley way in the city because Leroy was abandoned from a previous owner and He decides to take care of him because he loves him. and I'll make a comic about Leroy soon enough.
