Trying to beef up the anatomy skillz. Image "borrowed" from Artistic Anatomy . You should all go get this book, it's fantabulous! Will scrap later.Total time = 30-45 min

Don't have that particular book so I might go out and get it. Do you reference the Burnes Hogarth books? The books by Burnes Hogarth are really handy when I get into a bind about kinesiology.

I have a couple Hogarth books... I'm not a fan of his pure anatomy books only because they're a bit stylized, but his books on light and shade, and folds are really nice.

It's funny, I haven't used it in years. I was cleaning my room (i.e. rearranging the perpetual mess) and rediscovered it. I've been using Anatomy For The Artist forever but found it lacking when it comes to those crazy forearm muscles and how they turn and flex and whatnot.

Yeah you can never learn too much about anatomy, if you think you know the muscles in one area then it's time to learn how those muscles flex, and by that time you've already forgotten about the muscle placement... at least, that's how i learn i.e. don't learn lol .
