just a small question. Im using JPEG files basically, so when I use to both illustrator and Photoshop, I often have to change to TIFF file as not loose details and stuff.

Those this also apply to Painter?

Well, I would recommend working with PSDs not JPEGs, but to each his own. And yes, you can import PSDs directly into Painter. After you work on them in Painter, they'll become native Painter files, but when you bring them back into Photoshop and work on them, they'll revert back to Photoshop Documents.

but is the file size differents between PSD and JPEG? Cause when I change them to TIFF, its bloody big!

When I go from PSD to JPEG I flatten the image and it becomes smaller. I still am not sure if Painter can read a JPEG. I usually import the PSD into Painter and then back into Photoshop and then when I'm totally done, I flatten the image and make it a JPEG.
