I have to agree. The sidelighting is very eyecatching and interesting. A very clever way to achieve high contrast and drama with a relatively muted set of colors.
My favorite part is definitely the way the figure is split down the middle except for the slightly turned head. It feels very spontaneous and quirky--almost as if this were a photograph and you accidentally moved into frame just before it was taken.

man, if i were u i'd play coy with this one. lol. u can hardly tell there's any anatomical errors. and one thing some of my art teachers told me; "if it looks right, it IS right." sweet colors as usual.

That's what happens when you use reference Even still, I wonder if I work too fast. We've had this discussion before about putting one's all into their work... is it possible to do that in 2 hours?? I don't know...

def good. usually crops almost down the middle of a figure don't work out so well in my book, but this has enough nuance to make it work :]
