Follow up of Can't Escape Raikou: [link]So here's the second one my sister asked me to do, this time it happened to and her Noctowl.

It takes practice.
I caught latios in ruby by having a team of Golbats that knew mean look. They were pretty tough and I managed to keep latios in battle long enough to catch it.
If you do that, Timer Balls are good to use.

... Sometimes I hate ledgendaries. *only one in game and so hard to catch* but when you actually get them... you pefer your common pokemon

I hate using legendaries. I only use one now, ever, and it's Lugia. I had a Xatu originally, but they're the same type, and lugia has more move options.

One funny thing I did earlier, I have an action replay, which I only use every now and then, and it has a 'Catch trainer pokemon' cheat on it.
I caught Ash's Pikachu on SoulSilver. It worked! xD

I wish I had that cheat with lot's of master balls, and rarecandies.

Get an Action Replay. I have a cheat for all of those. I've played soulsilver so many times.
I don't use the rare candies, but I use an EXP multiplyer to give be double the normal EXP

y'know, this has never really actually happened to me, I like almost never have a pokemon w/ sleep inducing moves, & so I usually paralyze 'em (so I can attack before they run) but I did use the sleep tactic on Mesprit & it never ran while asleep.. oh wait, I also used mean look, never mind
