This is the colored version of thisI like it and I kinda don't. I tried to make it look like a fish tank I even made cheesy glares. ^_^ I do like that yellow fish, I like how it turned out. My favorite tool is with out a doubt the blur tool. You can see it all over this picture.
I did work really hard on this though, so for the moment I'm rather proud of it. ^_^
This took me maybe about 2-4 hours... I didn't keep track.
