I threw this sheet together as a way of keeping track of evveryone. So far, everyone on the sheet is in the comic, except for Tomahawkman, so if you plan to enter the contest *hinthintwinkwinknudgenudge* you can use this as a guideline for the characters you can use.

Also, I know you may want to include characters that aren't on this list. I'm willing to allow any character from the Megaman series, as long as they aren't so obscure only hardcore geeks will know. The rule was mostly set up to keep OCCs out. I'd like to avoid those, if possible.
