Another one of my favourite episodes of Darkwing is "Life, The Negaverse, and Everything". We learn Negaduck, of all ducks, has a daughter. It makes you wonder how someone as "seemingly" heartless as Negaduck has taken in a little girl to care for.
Something's amiss.
This is inspired by that episode, a fanfiction I was reading at the time, and my own idea for an explanation as to why Negs took NeGosalyn in (which is long winded, woot.)
I like this one. Negaduck allows Gos to hug him, but he seems unsure what to do about it. Like he wants to hug back, or old wounds opening up. Whatever the case may be, you know deep down somewhere, he cares about her.
Wee, I think WAY too much about the psyches of cartoon characters.

Of course he care's about Gosalyn why would he've adopted her and cared for her enough to not let her die of he didn't, there is no way he's the exact opposite of Darkwing no mater how much either of them wants to admit it they have to have something in common, most likely it's the way they treat their daughters and girlfriend

Now that I thought about it after posting the first comment I realized that Negaduck probably knows every thing about Drake Mallards life, like where he lives and his hide out is and if he wanted to he could probably kill Darkwing, Launchpad, and Gosalyn in their home if he wanted to so that shows he must have some form of strange sort of honor
I'm sorry if I end up bugging you with a lot of comment's, none of my friends really like Darkwing Duck and I like talking to someone about my view's on Negaduck's relationship with his daughter

I think its Great how Negaduck, despite being darkwing's polar opposite, still finds time to raise Negagosalyn in the negaverse. I also like the look of conflict on negaduck's face like he's a Frankenstein's monster trying to decide between hugging her & killing her.
