Megavolt cracks me up, especially when he's talking to lightbulbs. He is one of my favourite villains of all time
Here he is, wondering why his lightbulbs aren't frolicking gleefully.

Megavolt was an awesome villian.
I just saw Clash Reunion the other day, and if you ask me, that was probably when he was at his comedic best.
"I will finally have my revenge on those who tormented me! Those who made me what I am! ...What am I, anyway?"
"Alright, you may be tough, but I'm not! ...or something."

Heee. When I was a kid I was a major DWD addict, and Megavolt was always my favorite character in it. I don't have any action figures or anything though...
Hits boots and inturned feet give this picture an adorable feel, and the linework on the gloves is really nice. I love how the clothes feel like they have real weight to them everywhere, instead of just a few carelessly thrown in lines here and there. I'd love to see you do a version of this with a background besides the gradient, but this in and of itself is very nice. XD

He is the BEST villain ever. He's always been my favorite. And was the first cartoon character I can ever remember being a fangirl of. I believe that 'Megavolt' was one of the first things I ever learned to write...
