This is just too strong.But i know it must be said.
These butterflies flutter
around in my head.
The faster they flutter,
the more i want to hold back.
Even if i spoke the words,
would you really hear me?
Could you truely understand
my feelings?
I sit and wonder,
if i told you what would you say?
These butterflies hold me back.
A lonely tear,
rolls down my cheek.
An empty expression on my face.
I can't force the words out.
This is so painful.
It hurts me so much,
but it has to be said.
These butterflies flutter,
cluttering my brain.
I can't say it now,
and bare the look on your face.
These butterflies hold my sanity.
Keeping me locked inside me.
I cry at the thought of the day,
when the words come out.
And the expression on your face...
These butterflies keep me safe
