Yes that's basically true. The outer Moka (Omote/outer) is a Seal for her full powers, the personality eventually becomes self aware as they both learn about each other eventually. Her template is her Birth Mother the undisputed Sorceress and Leader of the three Dark Lords Akasha Bloodriver the Queen Vampire herself. It's actually a beautiful story although a bit tragic in parts.The Rosario was supposedly only able to be removed by a "special someone who actually cared for her". I love'em all three :-D. Akasha san is my current Wallpaper. Was looking for a color version. I see you have some lovely pics yourself. Hope you don't mind if i requisition a few or all :-P.

moka's mother was the one who created the rosary she hiso to protect mocha and gave the false identity that she is very peers, according to what I understood from the manga.
