Got to say that is one gorgeous color work! Style is what you see in childrens books but with adult content! Love the shining on the character! Only the background line work and color seems a bit strong and it conflicts with the foreground no? Seems to me at least but the creature design and detail is stunning! Great job!!!

The vibrant colors and highlights here are very nice, my eye's jumping all around the image to check out all the details. I do have some issues, though they're mostly conceptual, like why does a fish-taur (which is quite a strange idea to me) have breasts? Of course you probably didn't make up the creature so that's more for your friend, and honestly when you're already making something this inventive you can probably just put whatever you want on it. Frankly the idea of an anything-taur that somehow doesn't even have legs is strange to me, but you make it work once you think about the image.
The only other thing that bothers me is that this is clearly intended to be a water scene, but nothing about the lighting or coloring implies that. When I first saw it I assumed it was in the open air, up on a cliff or something. Now obviously that can't be the case upon closer inspection of the flora and fauna, but you wouldn't know it from the colors. Other than that though the coloring is very good and the idea pretty fresh. The perspective seems to have been a little tricky but it still creates and interesting distorted sense of depth.

It is a Ichthyocentaur. Why she has breasts? Well quite simply. Just as there female and male centaurs, Minutauren, mermaids and fairies exist there, too feminine Ichthyocentaur.
Did you think about what Ichthyocentauren are sexless? Are rather sexless angels and gods.
