Its the US Navy rescue and salvage ship 'USS Grapple ARS-53'My first mechanical thing ever AND my first pic JUST done with acrylic and i'm quite proud of it.
just the clouds are pretty invisible on this photo
DIN A3, acrylic on cotton pad. Of course I used some photos for the ship as references.

Jesus Christ this has blown me away, being a fan of ships and anything related to the military I instantly spotted this piece in my deviantwatch and I have to say it looks sooo great!!!!! The line art is done with the precisest marks on every part and I especially love the detail on the mast lines holding the masts up. The color is just as astonishing and as a whole this piece looks very natural and well done. You have an amazing talent and you clearly know what you are doing, keep on making amazing pieces of work like this for us to go speechless on when we prey eyes on it.
