I've noticed that you like drawing side angles. I like that, it's more interesting. You do very good shading on the scales and hair. They look very realistic.

the first thing I noticed was the feather shaped bits above his eye.. or are they eyelashes? whatever it is it looks really good!

Just like I see in all your dragons, you have a beautifully acruate way of drawing thier muscular structures and just giving them that realistic feel that makes people swoon. For me that beautiful detail that caught my eye, was the eyes. The red is a beautifully popping color with the black and blue of the flesh and background.
and when I look at this picture as a whiole, I can just feel the meschevious vibe comming from the dragon, nice work!!
