Description An older TF sequence that I've redrawn and coloured, which is why it doesn't look like some of my more recent stuff.
Story below continued from p1-3.

She had hoped that the man-made animals would not react, but it quickly
became clear that she was not in luck. Desperately she tried to prise
the GELF's off, but they wrapped their short tentacles tightly
around her hands, oozing between her fingers. Before long they had
both coated her hands in a strange membrane, the creatures themselves
wrapped around her wrists. The other scientists watched with
curiosity as the tendrils gradually slid up her arms.

The genetically engineering life forms continued to creep up, stretching
the clear membrane over her arms. Her hands felt strange as if the
fingers on each hand were sticking together. Tendra watched with
a strange detachment as her fingers started to merge together into thick
digits, two on each hand. Her thumbs seemed unaffected and she could
sense touch just as before. It seemed to be getting hotter in the
meeting room, so she began to unzip her overalls. She was surprised
at how flexible her fingers were, despite being covered by the weird
membrane.

Soon the tendril creatures were up to her shoulders. She could feel them
pressing her clothes against her skin as they continued to move
closer together. Slowly she unzipped her overalls, revealing the
purple anti-biological suit beneath. She hoped that the slime inside
the strange membrane would not react with the material, protecting
her body from whatever had altered her hands. But Tendra could feel
the thin membrane slide against the bare skin on her arms. With a
shock she realised the sleeves of the protective suit must have
dissolved. It seemed that the creatures she had created could digest
anything.
