Anyways this is a very late birthday gift for ovo

And I hope I got the colors and everything right haha, didn't really find a ref of this character in your galery so I just kinda tried to guess some parts

Let me start off by saying I love the colouring!! It's so soft and warm looking, and everything seems to be in place. It's super appealing to me. The outlining is interesting. It goes back and forth between thick and thin in a way that almost seems like a drop shadow? In a way I suppose it fits the pokemon. I really love the eyes. They look so bright and vibrant. The blocky shape of the ears is great too. The background is rather plain but not in a way that takes away from the piece. You did a great job on this!
