So this is for 's contest, I am very very late with this entry, i don't even know wether this will still count but it was worth it anyways cause I learned some new things and finally got back to experimenting more o3oAnd hecking heck it is 2:45am rip me
Anyways sorry if I'm super late with replying to stuff, currently quite busy with school and things but most of that will be done by next week so I'll hope that I'll get around to reply to all the messages by then ovo

I sadly don't know the name of this dragon, I saw it in her galery and wanted to draw it and well I know it's a dragon and that's about it
(sorry for the chaotic description, I am ded and need sleep)

The background is perfect for the dragon, the reflect and shading details are excellent, even the horns, wings and the pink moles give her an original look.

The cave has shades and reflect very well drawn; it surprised me when I compared her size with cave's, awesome e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
Even the cave, if someone see it detailed, seems like a void of darkness at the end which give a little feeling of mystery to the drawing
Oh, and her expression gives her a powerful-dominant personality.

This is really nice! The shading and the texturing and the colours and everything look AWESOME.
However, if I was looking at this from a critical point of view, not saying I'm a professional, I'm not, but I feel like the character is a little too much alike the background.and I'mnot saying that's a bad thing, it can often be used to an advantage, or be used to explain scientific biologics about a character (but I understand they are not yours?). So I feel like you could have put some highlights on the dragon to make it really pop like cartoons should, but it doesn't let your art down, cuz it's all great.
I dunno, sorry I had to ramble like that. I doubt you have a scratch on you, cuz this is so good.

Yeah I tried to fix that and added some highlights and changed the colorbalance, I hope that it's better now ovo

the dragon kinda sinks into the background in several of the darker spots (specifically on the forward most leg and the neck). if you put some of the highlight colors along the edge, it will help separate the dragon from the darkness of the cave.
the texture of the cave is well done and what we can see of the dragon looks cool

I really should play around with textures more, I rarely ever do it mainly cause sai isn't really good in that area
