Description
Rachi Sitra attempting the Inverse Dun Moch on Namann Cha.The "Inverse Dun Moch" may sound like a lost entry in the Barbarian Kama Sutra, (highly reccommended reading, BTW,) but it's actually a fancy term for "be nice to a dick." Wait, that still sounds like⦠let me expound.
Remember when Vader befuddled Luke mid lightsaber frenzy by talking crap about his inept blundering, and "not being worthy to wear the Jedi panties" and all that? That's the Dun Moch. Talking trash. It's just like what we all do when we're playing video games with each other. Distraction and undermining of the verbose varietyc.
The Inverse Dun Moch is to heap sticky praise and warm cuddlefuzzy phrases on your opponent instead. Like Luke did when he convinced Vader that there was still good in him. Get them to trust you, then WHAM! Yank their mask off and watch them choke on the bitter air of your sneaky psychological victory!

I love this art! and as a nod to this great art, I'm making this costume for Celebration VI. I love the fact that she's a fully clothed Twi'lek.

I decided that one comment isn't enough I love that your heroine is fully clothed, the emotion in her face and body language is so believable, the fire effects are great, and you've managed to tell so much story in just one scene. This is really great--one of my new all time favorites!

The facial expression says much. I just don't get why she looks mournful, it seems like she would look hopeful if she were invoking inverse Dun Moch. The heat effects from the flames are good too.
Those are some pretty cool boots.

There is nothing about this that I do not like. Whatever you do, you bring an amazing grace to its composition.

I always hated the twi'lek heads and still don't get it why they are said to be so "seductive" as species in Star Wars
Your picture is outstanding, as always! Keep up painting Star Wars characters! Especially sith, if possible

Okay. Beautiful. Insta fave. I love the texture on the guy's pants and especially how you can tell much about the character without even being able to see his face.

I saw this one on your website through the link you left in your journal and absolutely love it. "Inverse Dun Moch" is a cool concept (especially once you pointed out that it appeared in the OT), and I love the design of the Twi'lek and the way the Sith is in the foreground and it's just all so cool. ^_^

wonder design of the clothing and its texture, as well as the scene. One particular thing i like most is the distortion on the boots and stand cause by the flame's heat, nice!
