So I just got into listening to EAS Scenarios on YouTube. Basically, these are fictional scenarios told through emergency broadcasts. Think like when Orson Welles broadcasted War of the Worlds. The first scenario I listened to and what this picture is based on was from John Perez and the scenario 'True Angel?' This is Sera Alies(not entirely sure how to spell her last name) with her butter knife facing off against US Marshals attempting to apprehend her. I modeled Sera off of Chara from Undertale because they sounded pretty similar.Go see the scenario on YouTube by John Perez "True Angel?"

Is it me, or does it look like Sera Aylee (Yes Aylee is how you spell her last name) is trying to do a Chara skit

Yup. I got the idea off one of the comments that said the description of Sera Aylee (thanks for the spelling) sounded a lot like Chara and another said that she may be the Chara of this universe. You know, knife, mass murder, creepy smile, called an βangelβ. Who knows, maybe Seth Aylee is that worlds Asriel.

Will do my best. Not the best at drawing but love Perez/No Ordinary Creators ESA Scenarios and just thought he deserved more recognition and a few bits of fan art. I'll watch a few more scenarios and see about drawing a few more pictures. I may even do a few crossover pictures. These scenarios should be a series on Netflix or something, they are very creative.

If it should be a Netflix series, than who should make it a series, like, Fox, Marvel, WB, Viacom, any of those?

I was thinking like Warner Bros or AMC by the people who made The Walking Dead. Guess Fox or Marvel could do it to, just want it to be like a disaster movie that shows the POV of average people and government response dealing with the event with a few shots of Sera, Seth and the Entity and a grand finale to each season/movie rather than a superhuman flick that just follows Sera and Seth and put some stupid cliche tragic backstory.
