Thank you Lisa, I appreciate that. I think Anime in general is so large and popular pretty much everywhere is why it's one of the most if not THE popular styles here in DA. That's just my opinion of course, I tried watching a few anime films but the only ones that really appealed to me are movies like Appleseed and Spirited Away, and I'm not even sure if those are classified as anime.

yea, well anime was appealing to me when i was a kid, i liked the 'prettiness' But it's something that i grew tired of really quickly and started became really annoyed at the fact that it's so popular but created with little skill. Even the story-line are badly crafted. Now i just dislike the entire style all together lol...probably not good since artists suppose to have an 'open mind' when it comes to art. ;/ i hope i can be as good as you one day ;3

Hey Lisa if it means anything, at 19 I wasn't drawing nearly as good as you. So what does that mean when you're my age? Give it time and keep working at it, you'll see yourself progressing. Don't lose site of your dream, if I knew then what I know now I wouldn't have gotten into computer support. I would've pursued my dreams. You're at the perfect age and position to go fullsteam. I encourage you to do so!

Thanks i do hope i get better, so im taking all the chances i can, reqruests from friends/family are my main practice sources. I'll always be pushing myself.

Heh, I initially passed on this 'cause nature photography doesn't generally do it for me. Then I noticed the name and thought "he's not a photographer!" Beautiful work!

Hehe yeah I try to add the painting part to the titles because in the past people would just think I was uploading photos. The ones that would comment would go "Nice photo!" LOL
