My Submission for the 25 competition.the theme this week is Medusa, so I went for a Frazetta inspired portrait which looked like it could tell a story.
Another helpless victim with sword and mirror in hand attempted to take her down, but in the end was lured in by her gaze.
This was my first time using Painter in about a year in a half. I think I'll be using this for future submissions/battles.

It was amazing how quick you put this out. The colors and the contrast to the darks are amazing. I love that you captured the statue perfectly without using grey.

Beautiful piece of work. When we brought in mythology this is the kind of shit I was hoping we'd seen. Totally awesome. Love the way you've got the tail wrapped, the statue is really well done and really cool that she looks mean as hell.
