This is amazing! I love her mischievous smile. The light given off by the materia is very well done.

I think Yuffie was a tad younger than that in the game. This would be "adult Yuffie".

I was trying to go for a fusion of the traditional costume with the more realistic vibe from Advent Children. How old was she in the game, I totally forgot haha.

Im guessing she was in her early teens(13-15 perhaps). This could mean that she was 17 in Advent children which takes place a few years after FF7.

She looks much older in this style, yet her materia loving self is still apparent as ever. Always been a big fan of her, and you have a lovely art style.

Awwww, this is SO Her!!
Ah ah ah this look and this smile, the expression of the winner when she has just stolen your materias! To some extent, she lost this "spirit" in the movie but here this is exactly how you can imagine her during the game!
The glowing effect on the materia is wonderful and its reflection on the hair and clothes is mesmerizing! So many details in the texture of the metal or fabric!
Not only Yuffie is amazingly designed but the whole composition is breathtaking!
This is a wonder!

thank you so much, I'm glad you like it! I was sad that her and the rest of the crew only got prominent screen time at the end of it. I laughed when she had a cluster of materia in her arms at some point haha.

You captured Yuffie's spirited nature (as well as her penchant for Materia) so accurately! The glow in the materia is eye-catching! Plus that mischievious grin just tops it all off. Great work! This is going to the Featured Folder.

Well, here are my two cents: According to your comment, this is a clear example of the kind of work you should've moved away from, then attacked once you've rested.
Don't get me wrong, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the details. I thought there was no way to top the hair work you did on the Red XIII and yet here you are pulling one of the best digital hairs I've ever seen (and I mean ANYWHERE). The armor, clothing and lighting details I can't even describe. You keep getting better and better.
However... The mouth and the eyes are gorgeous too, but the part where I can notice you were tired is the skin. Not that it's not something worth admiring or something most of us couldn't even dream of accomplishing in a million years, but it lacks the "heart" that the rest of the image has. Try this: If you don't feel like kicking me in the teeth, grab this image in a couple weeks and re-approach the skin. I know it's hard not to show it to the world after seven-freakin'-hours of work but sometimes it's best to wait.
Hey, what good is a watcher if he doesn't provide constructive criticism, right? Hope you take this the right way and... Whatever the hell you're doing, KEEP DOING IT. You freakin' Rock!!

UGH I HATE YOU! haha, nah I'm actually really glad you gave me honest feedback, it's the only way I'll learn and be able to go back and improve upon my weak points! The funny thing is I spent the majority of the time on her face ( she looked really creepy at some point lol), I recently just shifted artistic direction and tried to go for a more realistic approach and drawing life into her face almost drove me insane, haha.
I'll definitely go back when I get a chance and add to it. I really appreciate the honest feedback and hope you keep it up!

Hahaha I'm glad I won't have to change my name and home address . It's very nice when an amazing artist takes constructive criticism from a mere amateur in the business. As I said before, keep it up man, you rock!!

it really astounds me how you have such little amounts of watchers and views whenever i look at your art. you're one of the most talented artists i watch, to be entirely honest, and there desperately needs to be more appreciation for you and your work.
anyway! keep it up, i can't wait to see what else you'll do.
