Here's an alternate version-- slight change in colors. After looking through my original research again, I thought this might be more accurate for this near future Russian soldier. . .though it's meant to be fiction--inspiration was pulled from reality.Cheers

Looking rather good exept the head - face not of a russian type.
And guys like that never wear ear plugs or facial hair.
Also recommend you to make armor more "rounded" and greenish.

I'd meant not complete similarity but some trends which make Russian stuff look Russian.
Something in all the details that is as recognisable as red star or sickle-hammer

So many stereotypes about Russians... But even more the bad Paphos... For example the prefix "Russian" stupid unnecessary. Lacking just bear with a balalaika, which would call it a caricature. But the most offensive that art nicer.
