Very strong image. I see the paper boat and I think of the freedom a ship has, to go anywhere it desires. But this boat is on a roller-coaster. It has a designated path that it will not deviate from. Because it is on the downward curve, it would seem that gravity is pushing it down, puling it toward whatever ocean may or may not be just below this image.Β
Almost nihilistic.Β
I'm throwing my own interpretation at your work, of course, but I find this image philosophical.Β

Simplistic is the way to go, in my mind. Add conceptual elements, and I'm completely in love. I love everything about this. It's so simple, but the different texturesΒ in the guitar and the boat add a depth that is subtle, but powerful. It reminds me of the journey we all experience when listening to music, just floating along inside our memories, our emotions, and our thoughts. Just brilliant, in my opinion!
