aperture was f/6.3, shutterspeed was around 2 secs. ISO 400 - as it was taken at the dark.

Coool! I like that!
The effect on long exposured water is great... like fluid...
But may I ask for a tip? If I do this, the photos are always overexposed, even if I use a very small ISO and 1/15 sec... Do you underexpose them in PS or are they as you shot them? If they are not chenged digitally, then please tell me what kind of exposure time, ISO und shutter you used.

it really depends on the situation. This photo was taken 7.30pm at night..it was really dark then.
If i were to shoot in noon, I'd use a full ND 4x/8x filter just to get the water blurred by still havin control over the exposure.
