i really like it, but i think maybe the background could be less of a black and more of a dark grey. only saying this because your hair blends in a little bit with the backdrop. i think it also could have had more umph if you had been giving emotion to the camera. overall, it's still really great

I like it. The face shows dispair and distress as if he had been just shot or injured, along with the hand reaching to catch him. Although I think make your cheeks a bit less pink might express that more. The eyes also look empty despite the vivid color they have (referring back to the first comment) and the hair shows as if this is a modern day colonial war, which gives it the feel of being antique, except for the background. And maybe (again, referring to the first one) a bullet wound or wound might suit it a bit more but good job either way ^ ^
