Its October, and I wanted to do a Scooby Doo inspired work. I decided to tweek my old Mystery Incorporated design of Shaggy's one movie girl Googie [link] and make a Mystery Incorporated styled piece. Googie is from Scooby Doo! And the Reluctant Werewolf.Its Werewolf Shaggy, Scooby, and Googie watching a Vincent Van Ghoul marathon.

I saw your talk on MI on CA and I'll admit MI hasn't aged very good.
Well, it's just that when you compare it to the other Scooby Doo incarnations in the franchise that were more "adult" and took their audience seriously than this show did.
When I see What's New Scooby Doo (while I didn't like it that much) it's still Scooby Doo. I can see someone watch this and get a good feeling of the spirit of the franchise. When I see people praising MI and then bashing future incarnations (Be Cool) it shows in full view how people can be misled when a show doesn't age well.
Sorry for the long rant. But I can see why many people like you like this show. It's got everything many people like nowadays. I'll talk about the show later in October, but when I see the flaw that the show tries too hard. It's just setting itself up for disappointment down the line.
