Description
This is a variation of an illustration I did for a banner contest in 1982 called "Music on the Missouri". The city of St. Charles, Missouri held a nighttime concert on the riverfront of the Missouri River and before that held a daytime art show where I displayed my work. The winner of the art contest had their banner in various places around town.
