It was a nice, warm and sunny day in the house of the two dog friends lived, and on this warm day, Brian was sitting on the couch and was watching TV while Snoopy was away to the store, little does Brian know, Snoopy was getting party supplies as well as stuff for cake as Brian's birthday is the next day and he wanted to do something special for Brian, one was to give him a great birthday after all he been through, and secondly was to have Brian's cousin Jasper to be there for his birthday, which he was there to help him, but Jasper wanted to surprise his cousin on his birthday, so the plan was to have Jasper to come in the house when Snoopy takes Brian out for his birthday, anyway, Brian was reading a book as he enjoyed some peace and quiet, then after several minutes, Snoopy came in to see Brian still reading as he quietly came in and quietly hid the party supplies to the other room, which was the closet then placed the groceries in as Brian looked and saw Snoopy in the kitchen, "Oh hey Snoopy, didn't see you there", Brian said with a smile as Snoopy smiled as he came and helped Snoopy with the groceries, "I can't believe that my birthday is coming tomorrow, but knowing you, you've got something special planned", Brian said as Snoopy winked, like he was telling him it's a surprise, "Well either way, I'll have a good birthday tomorrow, thanks to my best friend", Brian said as he and Snoopy hugged each other closely, then afterwards, Snoopy started to fix themselves each other some dinner.

Later that night, Brian had entered his bedroom after brushing his teeth as he was wearing his red pajamas and his slippers on his feet while holding his red nightcap in hand as he softly yawned, "Oh goodness, I'm getting sleepy", Brian said drowsily to himself as he sat on the edge of his bed as he stretched while yawning again, "I better get to sleep", Brian sleepily said as he put his red nightcap on as he kicked off his slippers, as he was about to get into bed, a knock on the door as Snoopy came in wearing his pink nightcap and pink fuzzy slippers on his feet as he came to be with Brian before bed, "Hey little guy, came to see me before bed?", Brian drowsily asked with a smile as Snoopy nodded and sat next to Brian, "I can't wait til tomorrow, I know it'll be a great day", Brian drowsily said as Snoopy smiled and patted Brian's shoulder, "I only wish Jasper would be there tomorrow, but I understand that he has to work, but it would be nice if he was here for my birthday", Brian drowsily said as Snoopy smiled as he know's Jasper is indeed gonna be there for his birthday tomorrow, only it's a surprise, "Oh well, at least you're here, and that's good enough for me", Brian sleepily said as he yawned again as he was getting more sleepy, "I'm getting sleepy", Brian said sleepily as Snoopy tucked him in and gave him a goodnight hug, as Snoopy turned his lamp off, he heard loud snoring from Brian as he was fast asleep as he smiled and quietly left to let Brian sleep.

Morning came as Snoopy was up bright and early to make Brian his birthday breakfast while Brian is still deeply asleep and snored louder, as Snoopy kept making breakfast, a knock was heard on the front door as Snoopy smiled and headed and opened the front door as it was Jasper as Snoopy let him in, "Hey there little guy", Jasper said as he and Snoopy hugged real closely, "Is the cousin still asleep?", Jasper asked as Snoopy nodded as Jasper smiled, "Oh Brian, such a sleepyhead", Jasper said as he saw the birthday breakfast for Brian, "Aww, that looks so nice, he'll definately love that", Jasper said as Snoopy smiled and nodded as he then placed the plate on a tray, "Let's go see that sleepyhead", Jasper said as Snoopy nodded as they both headed up to Brian's room, once there, they both saw Brian deepily asleep and snoring loudly, "Aww, such a sleepyhead", Jasper whispered as they both put the tray above Brian and placed their birthday cards on the tray, "Come on, let's let him sleep, he'll wake up soon", Jasper whispered as Snoopy nodded as they quietly left, after a minute, Brian slowly woke up from his slumber as he softly yawned as he then saw his birthday breakfast served to him in bed, "Aww, Snoopy", Brian said softly as he then read the birthday cards from both him and Jasper, even though he didn't knew he was in the house, "Those two are the best", Brian said softly as he then began eating breakfast.

Back downstairs, Snoopy and Jasper looked through the birthday decorations as Jasper smiled, "You got some great decorations, I'm sure Brian will love it", Jasper said as Snoopy nodded, then they heard a loud yawn from Brian as they knew he woke up, "Brian's up, I better hide", Jasper said as Snoopy thought and then he and Jasper had the idea as Jasper hid in the closet as Brian then came downstairs, "Morning little guy", Brian said with a smile as they hugged closely together, "Thank you so much for the birthday breakfast Snoopy", Brian said as Snoopy smiled, "I only wished Jasper was here, it would be great to have the 3 of us here for my birthday", Brian said as Jasper smiled while hiding in the closet as he very quietly chuckled as Brian doesn't know, "Oh well, anyway, what do you want to do today little guy?", Brian asked as Snoopy tried to tell him that he wanted to take Brian out to town for his birthday so he can get whatever he wanted as Brian understood, "You want to take me out to town and get myself whatever I want?", Brian asked as Snoopy nodded as Brian smiled, "Aww, that's a great idea Snoopy, I'll go take me a shower to get this bedtime odor off me and I'll be ready", Brian said as Snoopy smiled as Brian headed up to the bathroom to take a bath as Jasper peaked his head out and he and Snoopy each give each other a thumbs up, then after several minutes, Brian and Snoopy was in there normal looks as they was about to leave to town, "We'll, I'm all ready to go out to town", Brian said as Snoopy smiled as he was ready too, "Let's go little buddy, we got a lot of fun ahead", Brian said as he headed out the door while Snoopy saw Jasper come out of the closet as he and Jasper winked as Snoopy left as Jasper then began decorating the living room.

After a couple of hours, Brian and Snoopy was still out to town as Brian got a lot of stuff thanks to Snoopy, mainly books, a tablet and some candles, while Jasper on the other hand, was still decorating for Brian's party as he whistled a good tune, meanwhile, Brian and Snoopy now was at the park and fed the ducks, "This was a good birthday so far", Brian said as he sighed happily as Snoopy smiled, "I know I said this a bunch of times but, I really don't know what I'd be without you Snoopy, you've done so much for me in the last several months", Brian said as Snoopy smiled and patted Brian's knee, "You really are the greatest friend I could ever ask for....and I mean every word I say", Brian said as a few tears of happiness shed from his eyes as Snoopy hugged him as he hugged him back, "I don't ever wanna leave your side for anything little buddy", Brian said as he then started crying of joy as Snoopy smiled as they hugged for several minutes.

After an hour, Snoopy and Brian headed back home with the things Brian got from town as Brian smiled on the way home, "That was great, I'm glad you took me out to town today little guy", Brian said as Snoopy smiled as they approached the front door, Snoopy was the first one in, knowing that Jasper had made the inside dark as he then ran to a hiding spot, Brian then came in after closing the door as he couldn't see, "Hey, what happened to the lights?", Brian asked as he tried to find the light switch, eventually he found it, as he turned on the lights, the room was decorated with birthday decorations as both Snoopy and Jasper came out as Jasper shouted out, "Surprise!", Brian was really shocked and surprised as he looked all around then saw Jasper, "Jasper, you came?", Brian asked as Jasper nodded, "Of course silly, it was thanks to Snoopy, he told me your birthday was coming up, and I had some time off from Club Med, so I figured I'd be here for your birthday", Jasper replied as Brian looked at Snoopy as Snoopy smiled bashfully as Brian smiled, "Oh you little rascal", Brian said as he came to Snoopy and hugged him closely while he picked him up and spun him around as he and Snoopy laughed as Jasper smiled, then afterward, Brian and Jasper hugged each other for a good while, "I missed you cousin", Jasper said as Brian smiled, "I missed you too Jasper", Brian said as Jasper took Brian to the table as he then placed his birthday cake on the table while Snoopy got his accordion from the closet as Jasper let the candles, "Ready Snoopy?", Jasper asked as Snoopy came in the kitchen with accordion ready and nodded as he played the birthday song as Jasper sang it to Brian as that made Brian smile, then afterwards, Brian blew the candles out as Jasper came to Brian, "So what did you wish for cousin?", Jasper asked as Brian smiled, "I didn't, my wish already came true", Brian said as both Jasper and Snoopy looked confused, "My true family is here on my birthday", Brian said with a smile as Jasper and Snoopy smiled and both hugged Brian smiled, then afterwards, they all had some cake and some ice cream together.

Later that night, Jasper and Snoopy was in Brian's room as Brian was in bed and was dressed in his red pajamas and red nightcap as he was getting sleepy, "Phew, what a day", Brian said as he lied down in bed, "I believe it birthday boy, I'm glad you had a great birthday cousin", Jasper said as Brian smiled, "Well, I gotta thank both of you for that, you both are truly the family I always wanted", Brian said as both Jasper and Snoopy smiled, "Well we both love you cousin, like you love us", Jasper said as Brian smiled as he then yawned as he was getting sleepy, "I think it's someone's bedtime", Jasper said as he giggled while Snoopy then tucked Brian in, "Goodnight you two, thank you for the great birthday", Brian said drowsily as both Snoopy and Jasper smiled, "You're welcome cousin, goodnight Brian", Jasper said as he and Snoopy saw Brian fall fast asleep as he snored loudly as they both smile, "How sweet, come on, let's leave my cousin to sleep", Jasper said as Snoopy nodded as they both quietly leave the room after turning the lights off in Brian's room as Brian sleeps and snores in bed.

Meanwhile, in Snoopy's room, Snoopy was sitting on his bed as he had his nightcap on while Jasper was in the bathroom to get himself ready for bed, then after a bit, Jasper came in the room as he wore his pink sleeveless nightgown and pink nightcap as he sat next to Snoopy, "There, all dressed in my comfy pj's", Jasper said while stretching and scratching under his arm as Snoopy smiled, "Thanks for letting me sleep on your bed for the night little buddy", Jasper said as Snoopy smiled and patted Jasper's knee as Jasper smiled, "You know, I know how lucky Brian is to have you as a friend, but I'm really glad to have you as a friend too, you have one big heart of gold", Jasper said as he and Snoopy hugged closely, "You're a one of a kind friend to me and Brian both, and I'm eternally grateful", Jasper continued as Snoopy smiled, Jasper then lied down in bed as Snoopy did the same, "I almost forgotten how comfy your bed was", Jasper said with a smile as Snoopy then snuggled on Jasper as he smiled, "Aww, I missed it when you snuggled on me", Jasper said as Snoopy smiled as Jasper gently petted Snoopy, "One day, you and Brian should come by my place in Los Angeles, we'll have a good family day there together, just the three of us", Jasper said as Snoopy nodded while he then yawned, "Looks like it's time for bed", Jasper said as Snoopy sleepily nodded as Jasper smiled and softly and soothingly sang a lullaby to Snoopy while petting him softly, as he sang, Jasper was starting to get sleepy himself as he yawned after each verse and even stretched one arm as he sang, not knowing that Snoopy had already fallen asleep, then after Jasper had finished, he then slowly fell asleep after letting out one last yawn while resting his raised arm on the pillow as he then snored both loudly and weirdly while Snoopy began snoring while snuggled on Jasper, meanwhile in Brian's room, Brian was still asleep in his bed and snored louder as he was talking in his sleep, mainly about how much he loves his true family, which was Jasper and Snoopy as everyone in the house slept peacefully though the house was literally filled with snoring as Brian had the greatest birthday he ever wanted.
