Description
My friend asked me to draw this piece (he's a huge White Queen fan)! I'm not, but here goes.I you're curious, here's some info:
Emma is a mutant telepath with a well-noted dry wit, initially known as the White Queen (complete with revealing white attire for which she is known). Frost has changed from one of the X-Men's more infamous foes to one of their most prominent members.
Emma Frost is a metamorph capable of accessing both a human form with enormous telepathic abilities and an organic diamond form with enhanced strength and durability. Since her introduction, Frost has displayed the telepathic standards of broadcasting and receiving thoughts, mind control, altering perceptions and memories, offensive blasts of psionic energy and astral projection.

Thanks! I must admit, I did like Emma when she was with GenX. What I don't understand is her regression in character. During the GenX run, she had grown out of that bitchy attitude. When Marvel added her into the X-Men, it was like they erased all that character development. I really wasn't pleased with that. As for Cyclops, I always felt he was a dick, but a decent dick. Ever since he came back from Apocalypse, he's been a huge tool!

Marvel does have a history of doing that. You get really good story lines and character development, and then another writer comes along and completely disregards it!

My best friend was a die-hard marvel fanatic but after a particularly disastrous storyline, he swore off American comics completely never to return and devoted himself completely to (ugh) manga and anime. The only reason that I didn't do the same was because I'm also a DC fan, and their writers don't screw with continuity, they use it to make the stories richer. It's pretty sad because he was an even bigger fan then me. It was through reading his collection that I learned so much about the older characters. The first book I ever collected was X-Factor 70 I think.
