I haven't drawn a DC comics character in a long time, so I thought it was time to do one.I always liked this guy so here he is...
He is called the Ragman.
Rory Regan wears a magic suit of patched rags. Each of the patches in the suit is made from the soul of an evildoer that the Ragman had punished and absorbed. He absorbs an evil soul, he gets a new patch. He can then draw upon the physical powers of any of the evil souls thereby increasing his strength to incredible levels.

Thanks! He's part of a team called "the shadowpact" which is basically the Justice League for magical emergencies. He's also one of the few non-batman family heroes based in Gotham as well.
