the ShepherdLike her name, she is the rule keeper (judge), she is the reminder and punisher for those who don't play by the rule.
I made the staff to look like shepherd staff but with sharp blade, to make her looks serious with her task. She will be carrying a big book filled with player's name and rules. Thats why she carries lot of pockets on her belt.
