I like it then I don't like it. After the critiques for it I will list a pokedex entre to help with this fakemon. Feel free to use anything I mention.
The concept of a fire bird that is also a sea flyer pokemon is interesting. I would like to see a pokedex entree that explains more into how it being a fire type helps it function on the sea. Saying it swims in the ocean does not say how it's fire type traits helps it in the ocean.
The design also needs some more love. Its features feel to ridged for me so many corners. Smooth it out a bit when it comes to feathers. the rest of the body is also too sharp to but some of the features like the beak and wings it sort of defines the fakemon so are not so much of a problem.
The tail being the way it is unnecessary. Maybe make it more like Taillow's tail cause it also resembles a tail fin in that fashion. If it swims it would help it functionally that way.

- It has earned it's species name by hunting both fish and birds while at sea.
- While diving into water it puffs up its neck to reduce shock to it's body; It also acts like a floatation feature to help it surface faster.
- Its wings function also like fins, allowing it to swim and fly.
- Known to hunt by wing attacking the surface of the water to knock fish up into the air.
- It's young to evolve and leave the nest and fend for themselves; So they have developed an ability to find water stones.
